Dr. Annie Leblanc, a full professor in the Faculty of Medicine at Université Laval and a researcher at the VITAM sustainable health research center, points out that preliminary results showed last spring that one out of every two people said they were affected by the pandemic.
The impacts seem even greater now that Quebec is at the heart of the second wave.
